Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the governing body of the above-named political subdivision will be held on the 18th day of November, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. in the District Office, 352 Fort Sherman Dam Road, Mount Pleasant, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed:

1. Consider and Possibly Approve Appointment of a Director to Serve in the Unexpired Term of Dianne Owens
2. Administer Oath of Office to Newly Appointed Board Member
3. Consider and Possibly Approve the Minutes from October 21, 2024
4. Review Financials and Bills from October
