OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TITUS COUNTY FRESH WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT NO. 1

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the governing body of the above-named political subdivision will be held on the 17th day of February, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. in the District Office, 352 Fort Sherman Dam Road, Mount Pleasant, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed:

1. Consider and Possibly Approve the Minutes from January 13, 2025
2. Review Financials and Bills from December and January
3. Consider and Possibly Approve the District’s Investment Policy for 2025 and Amend District’s Official Statement of Policies with the 2025 Investment Policy
4. Consider and Possibly Approve a Specific Use Permit from Khristin Seymore for the American Endurance Ride Conference 2025 Racing Stripes Endurance Ride April 11 and 12, 2025 and Weekends Starting March 22, 2025 for Setup through April 13, 2025 for Cleanup
5. Consider and Possibly Approve a Proposal from Valley View Consulting, LLC., to Assist the District in Developing a Primary Depository Bank RFA Process and Procedures for the Purpose of Soliciting Standard Banking Services
6. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request from Lewis Wright to Build a Residential Structure Within the Flowage Easement of his Property, Located at 1510 County Road 2319, Pittsburg, in Camp County  
7. Consider and Possibly Approve Resolution No. 02-17-2025 Honoring Dianne Owens for her years of Service as Director of Titus County Fresh Water Supply District
8. Consider and Possibly Approve a Recommendation from Flood Control Committee to Add Brad Lowry as a Flood Control Area Committee Member.
9. Consider and Possibly Approve a Recommendation from the Flood Control Committee to Hire an Arborist to Assist Titus County Fresh Water Supply District with Management of the Timber on the Flood Control Area
10. Executive Session in Accordance with the Texas Government Code Sect. 551.071-Consultation with Attorney, Sect. 551.072-Deliberation Regarding Real Property Sect. 551.074-Personnel Matters and Sect. 551.075-Conference with Employees
