All applications for permits shall be on forms provided by the District and no permit shall be issued until such time as the required fee is paid.
The District will charge the following fees:

| Boathouse Maximum square footage (excluding walkway) | 2,400 square feet |
| Pier Maximum square footage (excluding walkway) | 400 square feet |
| Maximum for boathouse & pier on 1 lot | 2,800 square feet |
| Pier | $0.15 per square foot |
| Dock | $0.15 per square foot |
| Walkway | $0.15 per square foot |
| Boat House | $0.15 per square foot |
| Floating Boat House | $0.15 per square foot |
| Buoy - Class 2 | $10.00 per year |
| Late fee assessed to all annual fees (Past due after January 31 each year): | |

| Fee for non-permitted structure | $250.00 and/or removal of structure |
| Commercial Use Fees: Effective May 24, 2011, contingent on the application of a construction permit for a commercial use structure or permit for commercial use, the annual fees will be set by the Board. Existing commercial structures permitted prior to this date will be grandfathered. |
